What to expect on the day of your performance at the Tangled Wood…
Welcome to the Tangled Wood. We would ask that prior to unloading that a representative of your band enter the restaurant and check in with the Manager on Duty. After check in, we would ask that bands drive down to the rear of the restaurant to the stage access road.
In the rear of our parking lot you will notice an access road to the stage loading/unloading area. There should be barricades in the two parking spots in front of this road. Feel free to temporarily move the barricades so you can drive your vehicles up to the stage to unload. Please move the barricades back when you are finished driving through as they are saving two parking spots for your band.
This is where you can park your vehicles and unload your gear. Please mind the steps.
This is our stage. The stage is 26′ wide x 24′ deep and capable of holding an 11 piece band comfortably. Trust us, it we’ve done it before. The stage is equipped with 10-20AMP outlets on our 600 square foot stage. We are set up with the capabilities to have your sound go through the giant hanging speakers on the amphitheater as well as all of the speakers inside the restaurant. The input jack for that is also located at the rear of the stage. New for 2022, the stage will come equipped with an 8′ x 8′ drum riser for your use. If for any reason you prefer to NOT use the riser, please let us know in advance.
You probably noticed the Big Ass 17′ Diagonal Television at the rear of the stage. During your performance we would like to use our TV to enhance your show. If your band has a logo, please send it to us so that we can display your logo behind you during your performance. If you have a video package that you run during your performance we can accommodate that too. We have a Windows based laptop connected to the TV via an HDMI cable. We are able to accept flash drives (No discs).
The rest is up to you. Bands are assured free non-alcoholic beverages throughout the evening. Enjoy the evening, and if you have any questions throughout the evening, please alert the manager on duty. Once your performance is over, feel free to move your vehicles back up near the stage for easier take down. The manager on duty will have your payment ready for you at the end of your performance.
