Our Wood Stone Oven
If your spouse/best friend/boss hasn’t brought you here for one of our wood-fired wood stone pizza pies, please contact the management and we’ll see what we can do!
We start with dough much like how they roll (see what we did there?!) in Italy and then bake your pizza pie at a higher temperature to create a whole different taste and texture. Those burn marks aren’t actually burns, they’re all a part of the plan!
In our specialty pizza oven, it’s all about crust texture and that unique smokey flavor that cannot be duplicated but only a wood stone oven can create. You know, similar to how only your grandma can make her infamous cookies. It’s an inside job!
