10 of Soul with Night School

Get ready for one of the most anticipated nights of the summer! On Saturday, May 23, we’re bringing a wall of sound to the Wood with a powerhouse double-header featuring 10 of Soul and special guests Night School.

The Lineup

• Night School (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM): Kicking things off is the North Scott High School soul ensemble, Night School. Don’t let the “student” label fool you—this dynamic group features powerhouse vocalists and a full horn section, delivering professional-grade R&B and funk that has become a beloved tradition here at the Wood.
• 10 of Soul (7:00 PM – 10:00 PM): Then, the masters of groove take the stage. 10 of Soul is a Quad Cities staple known for their massive 10-piece lineup and an electrifying repertoire of soul, funk, and R&B classics. With tight arrangements and soaring vocals, they’ll have the entire amphitheater dancing to the sounds of legends like Tower of Power, Earth, Wind & Fire, and more.

• Admission: Free! This is a high-energy show perfect for all ages.
• Seating: First-come, first-served on the lawn. This show typically draws a huge crowd, so we recommend arriving early with your lawn chairs and blankets!
• Food & Drink: Our outdoor grill and bars will be in full swing, featuring craft beers and summer cocktails.
• Policy: No outside food or beverages are permitted on the grounds.
